One of the world's best white Galloway bulls... We have embryos fertilized by this bull.
This was the Grand Champion bull at the 1998 Agribition. Embryos from this bull's son are for sale at all times.
This blood is featured in all my cattle.
Embryos from this cow's paternal brother are for sale now.
Geordawn Axel's paternal brothers and sisters are coming! Trapper Galloway Ranch has purchased 36 high quality embryos, 28 which are sired by Glenfiddich Brodie, sire of Geordawn Axel. Brodie was exported to Europe where he is credited with infusing tremendous quality into the Galloway cattle. Axel's progeny have continued to shine in many of Eastern Canada's carcass and steer shows.
Sixteen of the embryos will be more than half brothers or sisters to the highly acclaimed Snapshot of Trapper, owned for years by Brass Ring Galloways. If you are looking for proven, predictable Galloway genetics...look no further!
In the next few years I plan to produce a number of cattle that will be half brothers to this calf... from embryos of my breeding.
My earliest mentor in the Galloway business, Bob Johnstone, selected the best of the best of the Galloway cattle in Scotland. Murrayton Nicanor is one such animal.
My embryo calves will be the closest living descendents of Murrayton Nicanor that I know of. Murrayton's genetics are difficult to come by. These ET calves will hit the ground beginning in March, 2008.
I expect these calves to be models for the type of Galloways needed in today's beef world.
My cattle are closely related to this bull. Semen from this breeding are for sale at all times.
Most of the 50 embryos now on hand for sale are from a daughter of this bull.
Owned by BOA Galloways, this herd sire in two different years won Europe's top beef show, the Austria Beef Cattle Show in Stodl Paura, Upper Austria.
Trapper Galloway Ranch has purebred embryos implanted in cows near Broadus and Alzada, Montana. Early ultrasound testing indicates that we will have three bulls - flushmates from Jessie of Trapper and Glenfiddich Brodie - that will be bred like Glenfiddich Finance Plus. They are not full brothers, but very close. There are also two bull flushmates from Helga of Trapper and Glenfiddich Brodie that will be more than half brothers to Brass Ring Galloway's Snapshot of Trapper.
Watch for details!
